What we'd hire for first

• Systems / infrastructure: someone comfortable with KVM, storage and keeping a single machine boring.
• Support with server experience: reading a crash log without pasting "please restart" first.
• Docs: writing the page we wish existed when a world corrupts at 1am.

When those roles open, they'll be listed on this page with a real scope and a real range — not a "rockstar" description and a vague promise of equity.

How we work

• Write it down. Decisions live in text, not in someone's head.
• Ship the honest version. If the node is full, the status page says so.
• No growth targets that require a fake countdown timer.
