Trust & safety

One node means we can act quickly, and that a single bad actor can ruin it for everyone. If a server is attacking, spamming or hosting illegal content, tell us with enough detail to act.

Abuse reports go to a person, not a ticket robot

What to report

  • Network abuse: scanning, DDoS traffic or bots originating from a server.
  • Spam and scams: phishing links, fake giveaways, advert bots in-game.
  • Illegal content: anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.
  • Malware distribution: mod or plugin downloads that ship a payload.
  • Copyright: stolen builds, plugins or paid modpacks redistributed.

What to include

The address or panel username involved, timestamps with a timezone, and evidence such as log excerpts or screenshots. Evidence hosted somewhere stable helps more than an attachment we have to download.

Where to send it

Email abuse@suckshosting.example with the subject line Abuse report — <address>. For account compromise, use security@suckshosting.example instead.

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt, then investigate — usually within a couple of days.
  • If the report holds up, the server is suspended while the owner is contacted.
  • We tell you the outcome, except where doing so would expose someone's personal data.
Urgent

If there is an immediate risk to a person, contact your local emergency services first. Email us in parallel; we can suspend a server faster than we can answer a long thread.

Please don't probe the server yourself to "confirm" the abuse — scanning someone else's machine is exactly what we're investigating.
